The San Cristobal de La Habana 20 Aniversario Cigar is the latest release from Habanos in 2020 and, to date, definitely the most fun. 

The 20 Aniversario is presented in a novelty Treasure Chest type humidor, containing 20 Cigars, this new product is a celebration of the 20 year since the creation of the San Cristobal de La Habana Cuban Cigar brand.

San Cristobal de la Habana was the original name of Havana, Cuba’s capital city, when it was founded in 1519; San Cristobal (St Christopher) in honour of the Saint of the day where the city was founded, and La Habana after an Indian name for the site. 

San Cristobal de la Habana cigars were introduced in 1999 on the threshold of the new Millennium as a tribute to the city’s long history.

The  San Cristobal de la Habana 20 Aniversario Cuban Cigar has been manufactured in a Capuleto vitola which translates to 162mm by 52 ring gauge. It sports a secondary “La Casa del Habano“ band which means the cigar is meant to be sold primarily via the official LCDH franchise.
