CANCHA ROYALE MADE WITH HAVANA CLUB 7

Here comes the champagne cocktail Cancha Royale: a fancy twist on the classic Canchánchara drink. We make it long like our Cancha twist, but instead of using sparkling water to lengthen the drink, we use champagne…and our Havana Club 7 rum, of course. Told you it was fancy! Enjoy it on special occasions or…just because.

FOR 1 DRINK

1. Pour the honey water in a glass and ensure the honey is well dissolved in the water.
2. Add the lime juice and Cuban rum, then stir.
3. Top up the glass with the ice and add a splash of chilled champagne
4. Garnish with a lime wedge and enjoy your drink!

• 50 ml Havana Club 7 Años rum
• 20 ml Honey Water (2 parts honey and 1 part warm water)
• 25 ml Fresh Lime juice
• 3 Ice Cubes
• A splash of Champagne
