Bolivar Belicosos Finos Reserva like the regular production Belicosos Finos, the cigar measures 5 1/2 (140mm) inches long with a 52 ring gauge and a belicoso head. However, as a cigar bearing the Reserva band, it uses some highly curated tobacco, specifically leaves that come from the 2016 harvest of tobacco grown in the Vuelta Abajo region of the Pinar del Río region.

The Reserva series debuted in 2003, and all releases use tobacco that has been aged for at least three years. There is also a Gran Reserva Series, which debuted in 2009 and uses tobacco from a single crop year that has been aged for at least five years.

At the XXII. Festival del Habano del Habano in February 2020 it was presented and since then eagerly awaited: the Bolívar Belicoso Fino Reserva. This excellent cigar is made from carefully matured tobacco from the 2016 harvest. Habanos S.A. specified so that cigars of the “Reserva” line can be made from it. They come from the best Vegas Finas de Prima in the Pinar del Rio zone. The cigars in the “Reserva” line are indisputably among the most exclusive and extraordinary delights in the world of Habanos. It goes without saying that only the best and most experienced scooters are selected in the manufactories to roll the little masterpieces. Only 5,000 boxes of 20 pieces of each Reserva edition appear worldwide. Each box is individually numbered.
